Submitting a booking request through our website does not guarantee availability or confirm a reservation.

Booking & Payment

    •    Event bookings are confirmed only after written approval and any required deposit or payment is received.

    •    Pricing, packages, and service details are discussed and agreed upon prior to the event.

    •    Final guest counts, menu selections, and event details may be required in advance of the event date.

Cancellations & Changes

    •    Cancellations or changes must be communicated as soon as possible.

    •    Cancellation policies, deposits, and refunds (if applicable) will be outlined during the booking process.

    •    Sissy’s Sweet Sips reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather, safety concerns, or emergencies.

Event Requirements

The client is responsible for:

    •    Providing reasonable access to the event location

    •    Ensuring adequate space for setup and service

    •    Securing any required permissions or approvals for the event location

We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe or unsuitable.

Non-Alcoholic Service

All beverages provided by Sissy’s Sweet Sips are non-alcoholic. No alcohol is served, supplied, or handled by our team.
